Has anything changed from our old way of sending in payments?

Yes:

Effective November 2014, payments are only accepted electronically. You can now log in SLIP and make electronic ACH payments through E-Pay. E-Pay allows customers to make all payments instantaneous with a click of a button, reducing human error caused by issuing incorrect payments and time deficiencies from remitting payment via postal mail. Through this secured website, you are able to save your bank account information for future use, as well as enter multiple bank accounts if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE E-PAY PERMISSION IN ORDER TO MAKE E-PAYMENTS.

Payments submitted before 12 p.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will be debited from your account within 3 business days. Any payments made after 12 p.m. Central Time will be debited within 4 business days.
